Mehmet is a Of Counsel at Alp Law Firm. After graduating from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2011, he completed his master’s degree in 2014 and doctorate degree in 2020 in commercial law. Currently, he is teaching as an assistant professor at the faculty of law of the Marmara University.

Mehmet is a profound expert in the field of corporate law. He is the author of the first book on the principle of capital protection which has been published in Turkish.

Mehmet gives legal advice on a broad range of corporate law and corporate governance issues. This includes in particular advice on business formation and company set up, legal structuring of business models, corporate bodies and shareholders relations, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts.
